Track Selling Institute Event Terms and Conditions

Payment and Cancellation

Track Selling Institute events are in-person or online seminars, workshops or other events facilitated by a Track Selling Institute Certified or Authorized Instructor.

Your payment must be received in full prior to the event start date.  Individuals who have not paid prior to the event start date will not be allowed to participate without prior arrangements.

Cancellation requests for any event must be received in writing. Emails to [email protected] are acceptable for cancellation request. Cancellation requests at least 7 calendar days before the start of the event will be refunded for 100% of the registration fee paid. Cancellation requests received 6 days to 1 day of the event start date will be refunded at 50% of the registration fee paid, rounded down to the nearest $5.00 increment. For example: the refund for a $495 course at 50% will be $245. No refunds will be available for cancellations made the day of the event.

Registrants who have paid and do not attend the event will be considered "no shows' and will be charged the full event registration fee with no refund.

We regret that registrations cannot be transferred to another workshop. However, registrant substitutions may be made up to 3 calendar days before the event start date. Please send an email to [email protected] with the name, company and registration date of the current registrant and the substitute registrant.

Confirmation of your booking and a registration fee receipt will be emailed to you automatically upon registration and payment. Additional emails may be sent to you prior to the course with reminders and logistics information.

Please note, due to circumstances beyond the Track Selling Institute’s control, speakers, venue, content and timings may vary.

The Track Selling Institute reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule an event if necessary.  In the case of cancellation by the Track Selling Institute, a full refund of event registration fees will be made for each paid registrant. In the event of a re-scheduled event, registrations and payments will be transferred to the new date. Registrants who cannot make the revised date should follow the cancellation or registrant substitution procedures above. The Track Selling Institute will not be held liable for any transportation or accommodation costs in the unlikely event that a course is rescheduled to a different date or cancelled.

Photography and Video 

On occasions, the Track Selling Institute takes photographs and makes videos which may be used to help promote our live and online events. By registering for this event, you confirm that you are aware of this practice and have no objections to your image or voice appearing in any marketing or promotional materials produced by the Track Selling Institute. However, if for any reason you don’t want the Track Selling Institute to use your image or voice, send an email to [email protected] stating your name, the event date and your objection.

Recording and photography by registrants is not permitted at any Track Selling Institute event.

Discounts and Offers

From time-to-time, the Track Selling Institute may offer discounts for events. Discounts are subject to availability and only one discount code or offer can be redeemed per registration.
