A recent sales personnel on-boarding study conducted by Demand Metric and Spekit made several discoveries. 

New sales hires were asked "What's your favorite way to learn?"

Here are their responses listed in descending order of preference. Participants were encouraged to click on all options that applied for them.

1. By doing - 75%

2. Ask questions of other sales team members - 59%

3. Watch other team members during their sales activities - 52% 

4. Read through the sales knowledge base - 38%

5. Classroom training - 32%

6. View on-demand Learning Management System modules (LMS) - 31%
